"I’m not going to fluff this up or blow smoke. ** Here are the FACTS: I am brand new to Texas and have know idea Who’s Who when it comes to which dealership is better than the other. I was simply looking to purchase another motorcycle and get the best deal possible in the process. I got online and started looking around for used bikes in excellent condition (Limited options) and Plano Kawasaki/Suzuki had one of the bikes I was interested in. I went in to look at the bike to see if it fit my needs and was greeted within about 2 minutes (I was sitting on the bike). No salesmen breaking their necks trying to sell me something that I didn’t want. Jordan came over and introduced himself and simple asked if he could answer any questions I might have. I told him I needed the keys to the bike I was sitting on, and he asked: Oh, you want to hear it run? I said: No, I want to drive it home (humorously, but not). He said: OK…. Anyway, this will take forever to tell this entire story from beginning to end and we don’t have time (Although, a funny story). The place was insanely busy, so the deal got turned over to Jason (the manager) to work the deal. I had every intention of purchasing the motorcycle providing the numbers worked out. I knew what he was asking for the bike so, I made him an offer on what I was willing to pay. Here’s where the facts come into play! I have owned/bought/sold well over 30 motorcycles, some new, some used. I have dealt with many dealerships and pushy salesmen trying to squeeze every penny out of you that they can. I can honestly say that this entire deal was done in about one hour, tops. Jason was 100% honest right out of the gate. No BS, honest, straight shooter with zero pressure and gave me the deal of a lifetime with no hidden agendas. Didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t want. Even Jason’s wife came over and chatted while we were working the deal. Then I went over to Brooke in finance to seal the deal and sign paperwork and she was awesome as well. Here’s the bottom-line folks: These guys didn’t know me from Adam, but you wouldn’t have known it the way I was treated. Down home, friendly staff all around. Can’t forget about the parts guy. I didn’t catch his name, but he gave me a deal on the helmet and tie-downs I bought also. Oh, and one of the guys that works there delivered my bike for me after work. Everyone smiling and willing to strike up a conversation and chat. Jason and his crew have my business from here on out. There would be no reason to go anywhere else. Why? I talked to 7 employees and 2 customers while I was there, and everyone was super friendly. Great atmosphere and simply one of the best buying experiences anyone could ask for. 5-stars is the starting point for these guys.

"My wife and I came in and bought two scooters from this dealership. We worked with Jason in sales and AJ in financing. Both were very friendly and professional. We were very satisfied with the scooters we got and believe we got a really great deal. I was able to take my scooter that day, but my wife had to order hers because they didn't have the color she wanted. They were able to get my wife's scooter delivered by Wednesday of the following week. The whole time, they were communicating with us and keeping us up to date, which is great. We got there pretty late in the day on Wednesday and brought my son with us. He had decided he wanted a scooter as well. They got us out the door with my wife's scooter and with my son's new scooter that day, even though everyone had to stay late to do it. They even let us pick out some helmets after closing time and got us setup with everything we needed.

Then, as we were leaving, we had a little mishap with one of the scooters about a block away. I looked up and saw that AJ had literally run over to assist and Jason drove his truck. Everyone was OK and AJ took the scooter back to the shop to have maintenance give it a look over and make sure it was OK. We returned the following day to pick it up. Everyone from Jason and AJ to part and maintenance was professional, courteous, and gracious.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. I really fee like we were treated not as customers, but as the dearest of neighbors or even family by these people. They have really won me over. Highly recommend."

"I've purchased and own several motorcycles in my life from several dealerships and I must say that the wonderful people that work and run Plano Kawasaki are absolutely fantastic!!!

Dealers can say anything when your purchasing a bike but how do they treat you years after the sale, well that's what sets Plano Kawasaki apart from a lot of the other dealers. They're are always friendly and very helpful.

So, if your in the market for a Kawasaki or Suzuki just try them out and you'll see what I'm talking about."

This was the best new motorcycle purchasing experience. I did not have to "fight" for a good deal, Jason was upfront and transparent about the numbers. Jason helped me get a great deal! He was professional, personable, and always double checked on anything we discussed to ensure that the information he gave me was accurate. I was there to buy a new H2 SX and every detail and expectation was met. There were no hidden fees and the deal was very fair and most importantly it was very honest. I stopped by the parts department as well and the person there was very friendly and very helpful!
